Instagram is one of those few social-media apps that has almost no involvement on desktop computers, which makes you wonder how a company can still exist with such an idea. However, the app has now decided to come up with a way to redeem itself by updating its interface for larger screens.
As you can see, the new design has several improvements to the interface, but it does look like some of Instagram’s character was lost in the process. Users who depend on Instagram for following their friends and keeping up with events are going to blame the new design because it will take more clicks to get around.
